Best laning combo?

What do you guys think the best laning combination is? Or best solo mid?

 

Brand - Solomid

Soraka and Graves are a great combo.

Sion and Blitz - Epic epic tanky dps there.

 

Taric and Caitlyn is pretty OP

Also Blitz and Ali XD

 

Soraka / Taric with anyone.

Annie/Brand in Mid are really good. My personal favorites.

 

FINALLY! some one who actually mentions Sion. He's so underrated which is why i play him so often.

Blitz + Sion has almost been a 100% winning rate for me in bottom lane, unless we mess up and get ganked by jungler but majority of the time were fine.

 

Taric with and AD champ, preferably cait, vayne or tryn but really any one will work well with him.

 

Alistar and tryndamere... Most deadly combo i've seen. By level 7, trynd had 6 kills. And this is a lvl 30 game.

 

Sion isn't underused at all. He's working his way to be a part of the new meta game.

Meh. Unless the Brand can predict movements VERY well, I've rarely ever had a Brand that can hit me with flame pillar, regardless of leading.
Also I enjoy a Rumble with Rylai's and a Blitzcrank, pull them in and make sure they never leave.

 

Man, you really do rate Rumble very high. Might need to play you some time

 

Ezreal / Lux for best laning combo.

Best solo mid is probably Kassadin, IMO.

 

Best solo mid is Ashe or Karthus.

Reviving this. Interesting to see 2011 replies pre champ nerfs (I.e, soraka/taric).

Currently for bot lane, I feel thresh/sona/janna/lulu are strongest as supports. As for ADC, either draven, varus, cait or vayne.

At Plat+ Vayne has become a highly picked/banned champion on NA now. Her kit and lategame prowess is beyond comparison. Once you have a BoRK in lane (assuming the other adc isn't miles ahead), you basically dominate and snowball. Even if fallen behind, but you manage to scrap together a PD and BoRK, you are still a massive threat.

 

Talon/Anivia bot lane is probably strongest. Talon and Anivia also strongest mids.

 

Sion/Annie bottom lane is unstoppable. The chain stuns and brute force + tankiness is so absurdly strong. Annie's attack range is also so long that she can safely farm, unlike a lot of unconventional bottom combos.

 

If you have a good jungler and team to back you, Lux is an incredible mid champion. I win the early game about 99% of the team, but seem to lose a lot thereafter because I'm in low elo and always on a team of feeders. -.-

 

If you want to have fun playing normal games try Veigar/LeBlanc combo at the bottom lane. ADC will be wondering leaving game instead of trying to last hit.

Imo Lux is very good low-ELO-carry because of her strong burst, nice CC and abilites that let you support your bad team (properly used shield might absorb around 700 dmg). Just play her and improve your gameplay, will be fine.
