What should i spend 450m on?

99 Strength
80 attack
99 Mage
90 Range
89 hitpoints
52 prayer
1 defence

If you spend like 10M on red chins and prayer potions, you should easily be able to get 99 ranged. 90-99 literally takes 2 days and maybe 10-15 hours total? I would start with that.

Have you thought about getting turmoil? It would raise your combat alot but turmoil owns, and bones are rising like crazy so if you have ever considered it, now might be a good time buy turm before it becomes unaffordable again.

Other than that - maybe you could buy some armour and PK supplies for your pure? With 450M you can pretty much buy whatever you want... Maybe you could also invest in a rare after you buy some good training gear and whatever necessities you need for PKing.

 

I would chin like Zerkerfist suggested, this would not only benefit your Range but it would also get your HP up.

Other than that, can't really think of anything. Yeah, you could get Turmoil, but that would get you to 28 Defence (and then you might as well get 30 Def for Addy or quest/get 45 Def to become a Turmoil Zerker).

You didn't list your Summoning, but you could always go get 99 Summoning. It doesn't raise your combat in the Wild, even if you use Familiars. A Pack Yak can hold 30 items for you while PK'ing, AND bank your stuff for you with scrolls if you think you are going to die. You could also use Steel Titan to rape people, too.
