-= WeRnIS' Guide How to Remove Membership Block from your account =-

This guide will not help you to remove Negative Days (Jcoins), and you need to have them removed before you start.

The longer your account has been blocked, the bigger the chance to get it unblocked. Moreover, if your account has been blocked previously, that does not help at all.

If your account was blocked recently, you may need to wait several months in order to get it unblocked.

The process is very simple, simply email [email protected] with this text (you can edit it if needed):



Hello dear billing support,

I have noticed that I am blocked from accesing some payment methods. I have no idea why I have been blocked. I just want to say, that I want to subscribe with an SMS payment option for Enter your home country here, please allow me to make payments via these payment methods.

After this you will get a letter from the Billing support. It usually takes about an hour. When you will get a reply, you will know are you unblocked or will you need to wait. If you were successful, you will get a letter similar to this one:







If you got a different response being told that you will need to wait several months and only then contact Billing support via email and if your Membership block is not very recent. I suggest sending the letter again after several hours (so the same Moderator would not respond).


If your block is recent and you got a negative response or if your block is not recent, but you have tried sending the email several times and you still get the same response over and over, you will need to wait. It can be a month or in the worst case six. But if it is your first membership block you will still get it removed sooner or later. Keep emailing them every month, sometimes they say to wait six months, but removes it sooner.


If it is your second membership block, you still have some chances to get it removed. Just be very nice and friendly. It is atl east a 40% chance to get it removed within 6 months.


If somehow you got your membership block for a third time, it is at least a 5% percent chance. And if you will get it removed, you will be lucky. But it is still possible, I have managed to remove a forth block, but needed to wait some time.


One of the suggestions would be, to try to contact as many Jagex moderators as possible. Moreover, do not quote the previous letters if you got a negative response. But if you got a positive one, then do it, it will only help you.


If you did not get your block removed – do not panic. Wait for 3/6/9 months, and try to contact Billing Support once again. Remember, the longer you wait the better chance is to get it removed.

Bro is this for accounts that have been banned in the past? OR locked due to payment difficulties? Mine states it is frozen since 2006 - 0 credits.

Didn't want to email them with your method for them to be like "Yea l2 get over a game, we banned you in 2006".

 

This is for the accounts which has a membership block and no negative days on them, does not matter when they were blocked, it is even better if they were blocked long time ago.
