Help with frost dragons?

I Recently turned my turmoil pure into a main as i was bored of it and it wouldn't sell. I'm now:

95 HP
81 Attack
96 Strength
99 Range
99 Mage
95 Prayer
60 Defence

I'm not using amazing gear, f cape, rapier etc, and the drags hit random 250-350's on me, i use an antifire shield + antifire pots and when it hits, it's not registered as range melee or mage. I'm using cannon, ext's, etc. What am i doing wrong? Because i only last 4-5 drags before running outta food (I also use a tort for 18 sharks)

 

See the little aura that appears around the dragon every once and awhile?

Everytime you hit the dragon while that aura is there, you get deflected back damage that is typically 300+.

Also, even if you aren't hitting the dragon, if you use deflect curses to block attacks while it has the aura, you get rebound damage hard too.

When the aura appears, stop attacking the dragon, top up your cannon, Prayer, Food, etc., and wait until the aura disappears to attack the dragon again.

Yeah they said it'd be easier for legit players and bots.. right?

 

In my opinion.. this worked against legit players, it's very aggravating, while bots can be set to do the same things over and over, nothing is too hard for a bot scripted correctly where legit players will make mistakes and die.

I agree bots have a GUI that you set and then they do the same things over and over; unlike a legit player. However there is now no alternative but to play legit or you could use another bot but chances are you will be banned in a few days as these bots are very detectable.
