The following user claims that Kohl's, the retail brand, is hosting a survey and offering a gift card. Kohl's confirmed that this user is not affiliated with them and that the survey is not real. Based on similar accounts that this user has apparently set up, they appear to be engaged in some kind of phishing scam. Can a moderator suspend this user's account?
