Full Release Soon ~ What do you think will change?

With the full release coming up in a week or two, what do you guys think will change in the full release? Mojang isn't stupid and I guarantee that the UI of the homepage/graphics/features/etc. will be changed in the full release.

What are your predictions?

 

According to Notch he and the rest of Mojang are going to fix as many bugs and performance issues as possible. So I'm guessing Minecraft will run much better that it already does on certain hardware. They will change the layout I hope to make it look nicer and less basic. I'm hoping that a "on/off" feature is available for survival, it's one of the most annoying changes with 1.8 and beyond.

 

Last time I checked, the entire game was based on survival. If you don't like it why don't you play creative mode?

 

Creative mode is nothing like survival. Plus I preferred survival up to 1.7.3. After that with the hunger bar it just became annoying. How hard is it to code it to be toggable to on/off?

 

I agree on the hunger bar bit, which is one of the reasons why I'm complaining that Minecraft is getting too complicated.

I want to ride a fucking dragon

 

HAHA, I think we'll only be able to do that in single player though, as they would cause epic lag online. I'm pretty sure someone will mod dragons into multilayer, it would probably be the most laggiest server though.

 

The hunger bar is annoying, yes, but if you don't like monsters/health/hunger just switch the difficulty to peaceful.

 

That's the annoying thing, I like monsters and health. But I don't like hunger, I know it's survival but at least make it toggable.

Also, lots of updates can be found on Notch's twitter and tumblr, if not reddit. Also, you just find out yourself in the 1.9 prerelease. Don't much will change after 1.9 to the full release.

 

Just download a mod that gets rid of the hunger bar..

 

But I really hope that you guys are right on the part that beta players will get updates for free, too!
