we done the deal through PA we both confirmed the trade was done on PA, We then began to swap email over then in informed me there was recoveries on the account which none of my account have recoveries in my shop only emails so i was kind of confused then he asked for a refund i was happy to give him a refund and i asked a few members if you could refund after a trades been completed on PA and we both got no you cannot so i told him dont change the email and i can refund you on PP once the money comes through. the account goes and gets locked so i try to help him recover it as he decided he wanted the account. I then go and try recover the account it wouldnt let me because it was saying the email i entered was incorrect so he had already changed email even though he wanted a refund. i tried to recover the account without my email i had no luck so the account remains locked what do i do from here do i have to refund so as the account locked and i cant gain access of the account who should go out of pocket me or him?
he also says he cant tell me the current password to help better chances of getting it unlocked because it password for meny things.

he also sent me this picture today saying he took this screenshot when he first logged in to show it had recoveries but that not my ip http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/402/kroniclogin.png/

i would think if the accounts remains locked which it shell forever be i shouldnt need to refund but if he ever checked back and the account was unlocked i should then be reliable for a refund.

Okay basically I paid xKronic 52.49 over PlayerAuctions for his account #3 on this thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1262006

Once he gave me the info I changed email and password immediately. Then once I logged in I took this screenshot: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/402/kroniclogin.png/

Which shows that recovery questions are in fact set.

After this I immediately contacted him and told him I just wanted a refund because I'm uneasy about the account due to it having recovery questions.

We could not figure out how to refund through PA, but I talked to someone on the help chat who said the seller(xKronic) would need to contact them to do so. However he continues to tell me it cannot happen. So I eventually said if he can delete the recoveries I will just keep the account and continue on the trade.

The next day he gave me the recoveries and I tried recovering it and it got denied. I then had him try to do it, and it was denied on his end(Even though he is original owner?) So now the account is locked, and he cannot manage to get it unlocked(Weird).

Anyways I didn't take screenshots of the original MSN Convo, however Since then I have been taking screenshots of all conversations.(Except for one that I had on my phone using the MSN Messenger APP)

What I would like done is to have my money refunded to me because all of this has made me EXTREMELY uneasy about the account (considering he says he is original owner but cannot recover the account) I don't like this, I have nothing against him, he seems like a decent guy and he has been trying to work with me, but in the end He sold me the account and it got locked the day after I bought it. I believe I deserve a refund.

This was the very first time I logged into the account, that IP is not mine and he says it is not his..)

I will show you a screenshot of my IP If neccessary to prove it is not mine. (Don't want to post my IP here)

In the end I feel he is a good guy at heart, I don't want to try to get him banned this is just a very complicated trade that has gone wrong in more ways than one.




(I will also allow a MOD to go onto the account to prove that it is locked)

 

He has now made a dispute on PA for his money back.

 

So I think if the account remains locked and you cannot get it unlocked (which means you had no business selling it anyways) then refund him and be on with it.
