True, but will they can make their promises happen?

 

It would be fruitless for them to do so. They'd waste a lot of money finding the creator, and then a lot more money with the international lawsuit. It would garnish bad media for Jagex as well as cost them more money than it is worth. And really, they don't have a solid case either. The intellectual property is the game itself, but the line gets blurry when a person is creating modules for that game.

I don't think Jagex will risk the counter lawsuit of harassment either.

I laugh at all the scrubs with the egos the size of Jagex botting population (huge).. incompetent little kids. Do you seriously think after 0.00.00 everything is going to upload instantaneously? I my self botted, and really dont care what happens. I'm expecting the worst. I don't think Jagex would stir up all of this commotion just for a little hoax, so prepare for the bans to roll out. Lolz

And to the people bragging about being on right now, with no bans yet. This whole bot nuking exercise is a 3 phase process. Phase 1 is today, which essentially isn't even about banning the bots, its about shutting them down. Phase 2 will be a mass ban, phase 3 is "top secret" according to jagex mods.

 

Wouldn't it be wise to not spam this thread?
