    Number 5 was disregarded between be and seller. I can provide proof of that as well if needed, but I bought account as a JL.

    Other relevant trade screenshots: I have the entire initial transaction recorded and saved somewhere. I have the discord conversation. It's just all very suspicious.

    Situation: 12/16/2024 - I purchased the maxed account from RS Phoenix. After I paid he provided the account login information, and I double checked everything. Everything seemed great, until I noticed that the "Communication preferences" were still set to some random email I did not have control over. I inquired about this and he initially tried to tell me it does not matter. I insisted on changing it as I just purchased the account I don't want ANYBODY to have any connected accounts/info. After attempting to work with him, and him with the original seller, he was unable to have it changed and suggested that Jagex Accounts cannot change that as it's irrelevant to the account. Though, I informed him I was able to change that on ANY of my other Jagex Launcher accounts..... He kept his replies very spread apart, by 12/19/2024 I was very upset about him taking his sweet time getting this changed AFTER I paid.... by 12/22/2024 almost a full week after having access to the account and him being incredibly useless for this situation I stopped replying and figured if something were to happen I'd make a report. He had a quality Sythe profile, Discord, and vouches on both so I hoped nothing would. Especially since I purchased lifetime support with my order.

    Fast forward to 4/11/2026, a full 1 year, 3 months, and 18 days later... I haven't played RS in about 2 months and went to login for the first time since. My account was disabled. I played for a full year without any issues after the account was bought. But now, after I was inactive for 2 months it was Disabled...

    I contacted RS Phoenix on Discord PM & Discord Ticket in his server, his first response was "It's my birthday, talk to me tomorrow". I respected it. On 4/14/2026 was his first time looking into my situation. Now it is 5/16/2026, more than a full month since the ticket was created and still no resolution.

    He is telling me that the org owner is out of town constantly and barely has any time to help sort the issue. He is telling me that the account was banned, when I know for a fact by looking it up that it was not banned and had no reason to be banned unless they attempted to recover it which I believe they did, but no actual proof of that. I told him when I first made the ticket I wanted the account to be recovered on a BRAND NEW GMail account I made for the account and provided in detail what to do so it would be recovered to that account. He said okay, then proceeded to recover it back to the org owners accounts........ Which will now put me at a BIG RISK if I were to change the email to the one I told him to use..... Then I asked why he cannot do anything, why he's needing org owner only, and after finding out that I am basically RENTING this account because they clearly can take it back anytime and if the org owner dies, my account dies.... I told him I wanted a full refund, not a partial refund because the amount of time I've invested into improving this account + the time WASTED because I'm discovering I never "bought" an account, I "rented" it apparently... This is ridiculous. He owes me a full refund for the $2,108.49 I spent.

    To anybody thinking about buying accounts from him, do not do it if that account will mean anything to you more than a bot farm/quick pker.

    Hey there. Firstly I'd like to say that yes, I confirm the account was sold to this customer, a lifetime warranty was issued, and the mentioned ToS were agreed, except the JL part (Term #5) since this account was already secured with a Jagex Launcher when I sold it.

    Regarding his demand for a full refund: per term #1 of my agreed ToS, "I am not responsible for any bans/mutes that will be received after account is sold." The lifetime warranty ensures that the original owner will never recover the account, but it does not cover Jagex disabling an account a year and a half later. Even so, I am still honoring the lifetime warranty by doing everything in my power to help him recover it.

    Yes, it is correct that when I sold this account, it still had the old communication preferences email. When we tried changing it, the emails were never arriving. I even spoke about this issue with Sythe mods before; it's a bug which sometimes happens for JL accounts and has nothing to do with account security, since for Jagex Launcher accounts this old email preferences is only used for newsletters.

    So yeah, a year and a half later, this customer contacted me that his JL account got disabled. I was away for my birthday, but when I came back I started helping this customer immediately. I contacted the org owner to check up on him and ask for assistance. The org owner is no longer playing the game, is busy with often traveling for work and other irl stuff, so yeah, this just wasn't a case where I could resolve it within a day. But I was always responsive to him and explaining what we were currently doing to get back the access.

    So I had to wait a week for the org owner to get home to recover the account from his home IP. When he came back, he firstly attempted recovering it entering his old email address which he used for this JL account, so he just got a message that the JL account is not found (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/tsZoGGo.png) . Then I explained to him that he has to enter the current email address which this customer is using. Then the org owner tried recovering the account for the 2nd time via the Jagex website livechat. After filling details and getting connected with a Jagex mod, they said that the account got disabled because Jagex believes that a hijacker was able to login to the email and change the login details, and that they are not able to assist with account recovery on these cases. The org owner sent me a picture of this and left the chat. (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/I4EbJLx.png)

    Then I was thinking how to solve this issue. I agreed to remotely connect to the org owner's PC and fill the form myself to try to get the account back to the customer, even when the account got banned (disabled). I connected remotely to his pc, we contacted livechat again, and when speaking with the Jagex moderator I told them that I do have access to both of these emails (previous org owner used JL email and current customers email), and a hijacker never accessed this account - that it was always the same original owner, but I had to change the email/location because of traveling for work. Then Jagex sent a verification code to prove ownership of the previous email, we confirmed it with a code, and then the mod said he will forward this to the team behind the scenes and they should get back to us within 72 hours.     Keep in mind I'm dealing with a situation of an account getting disabled like that for the first time, and yes, I understand that it's taking a long time, but I was doing everything in my power to resolve it and get access back to my customer. I was always responsive to the customer and constantly giving updates on where we are at with getting the account back. I can share our full conversation with the customer; if any mods need that, feel free to dm me here or on Discord.

    Regarding to recovering the account back to previous email which was used for a few years, from my years of experience I believe it is the safest way to securely get the account back and then we would swap it to customers email again, since his IP address would already be known and even explained to Jagex mods that it's work trips, not a hijacker. I don't see how is that an issue. From my personal experience, recovering account to 3rd party/never used email address can even result in a permanent RWT ban when jagex look into this case, because they could think that account is being sold/shared, not just being recovered to original owner.

    Regarding him saying account got disabled because of "us attempting to recover it", I just think it's because anyone who's into rs market more, could tell that Jagex just been really crazy with ban rates lately, so I'm not surprised they started to disable/ban accounts which they believe are hijacked/no longer org owner using it. I could also say that customer quit the game, decided to sell account to someone else, sold it and it got disabled after changing login details from email, but those are just my words vs customer words, just I actually have screenshots of Jagex saying that account got disabled for that reason, not that someone tried recovering account. They usually just lock accounts if someone is trying to recover.

    I'd also like to add the only "defense" this guy has is that he provides completely out of context photos as "proof". There are no time stamps, no information clearly identifying it to a conversation about my account, or anything. Just vague, out of context snippets... This plus days to weeks between every reply tells me he's likely buying time to remove the pin and steal wealth or just doesn't even have the ability to recover. Or is already in progress of reselling it... What do we need to do to move this along? I've never filed a report like this before and unsure of the timeline for a resolution.

    RS Phoenix is a complete liar, I sent him the photos showing that Jagex took the account in question from MY JAGEX ACCOUNT and it was transferred to one of his accounts. I got the email May 13th, I notified RS Phoenix May 15th. So he just completely lied to you.

    You just lied and said you did not receive anything. That's an absolute lie as the Jagex Account in question was LIFTED from MY ACCOUNT and put onto your Jagex Account. None of this would have happened if you listened to what I fucking said when first contacting you, but no, now you put my account in extreme risk because of your choices. Now refund my fucking money.

    @RS Phoenix it would appear the original owner is currently in possession of the account, if you have any evidence that says otherwise please share it or contact the original owner to find out what is going on.

    Hi, I can, the report button on the whole post? Aka the first message? Or on your most recent reply on this post? Just want to make sure I do it correctly.

    Also, what are you wanting exactly. I have saved a ton of stuff, but it's a ton of work uploading everything if you're looking for something more specific. But I have the whole conversation between him and I, the whole ticket within his Discord, I believe I could still find the video of the original trade of me sending eth and receiving account info + probably screenshots (but I don't imagine that's relevant), I have the email I can forward to you that shows Jagex lifting the account from my Jagex account and includes the username/email. uhhh... I'm sure more but if you give me an idea of what to upload I gotcha.

    Thanks for the quick reply. In bed now and I can and will do that report tomorrow evening. I guess I was trying to ask what your considering "proof"? I know the email full photo for sure showing the account transferred out, or I can just forward it if you pm an email address. What other types of things would be solid proof so I know what exactly to upload instead of giving you 50+ hours worth of review XD

    Do you need every chat or just what's important? Sorry, if it's so vague like that that'll be hours of finding, uploading, and linking.

    Fact is it's been almost 2 months since I reported the problem with him, more than 7 days since the account was recovered onto their account which means pin is deleted and all wealth is likely gone already :l but yes, he needs to be caught so lmk. Talk tomorrow.

    added email transcripts of attempt #2 in reported post, where Jagex said that they can't do anything in this case for this account, then we did attempt #3 with a story of work travels, maybe Jagex didn't buy the story and removed/shadow banned this account for account sharing/selling. Org owner saying he didn't receive a response from Jagex from attempt #3, where they said it will take up to 72hours. I could remotely connect to his PC again and contact JL livechat to check what was their decision on this case

    Yeah because that wouldn't be suspicious at all that you don't have access to the Jagex account you're moving it to. You're going to get it banned and just hoped this is dismissed f'n pathetic. Shoulda just listened in the first fucking place and this wouldn't even be a thing.

    we do have access to both emails, previous original owner and current which was yours. We filled to get answer to original email from org owner, and they didn't answer anything but you got email that account is transferred, so how is that suspicious to contact them to check what happened with account as they promised to get back? And how can't you realize that account was ALREADY banned and I could've just stopped after attempt #2 and not try to help you at all, this is not what my warranty covers. I'm not trying to get it banned, I'm doing safest way to actually get it unbanned and back to your hands.

    I spoke with original owner, he should be back tomorrow and we will contact Jagex to check what happened with account.

    Update: original owner said he has to stay few more days in another city, will update when he's back and we contacted Jagex livechat
