    How does that make it a scam in any way...?

    And SamTM was a reputable name seller; he just got mixed up in some unfortunate business. I've bought several names from Sam, and he's never recovered any of them.

    And like the OP said, if you don't trust the seller, just gtfo, no need to post BS
