Had some basic experiance in gfx 2 years ago just made a logo critique it?

used to make my own logo's and avi's for my gb teams like 2 years ago. that is the extend of my gfx experiance lol. Looking to get alot better though so I guess this is my starting point advice? Also its obvious that I used the same brush a few times for the background does it really matter? if it does I already changed it because it peeved me but I havent taken the time to upload/change it.

 

You can't read it and it is low quality. Try using higher quality stocks, saving as a loss-less format (.PNG), and making it a little bigger. You should also stick to complimentary colors.

 

I have no idea what a stock is..... Also the word elysian is pretty fucked to make legible in any kind of font especially since im going for a graffiti look. Also I read that sig's should'nt be larger than 400W X 150L

 

I couldn't read the first sig until I saw your post saying what it was.

The text is huge, and not in a very good font If you ask me. The only real effect you used was the MW style in between the top and bottom half.

 

If your going to critique, post advice aswell or ill just report it as spam.

 

Dude stop being a douchebag, he is giving you sound critique. It isn't our job to teach you how to do everything, it is our job to tell you what is wrong and then you can learn how to fix it. We aren't going to hold your hand through this.

Signatures can be any size, besides being over the sites rules. My favorite size is 400 X 175, it is all preferences according to style. Look up some tutorials and try again.

You obviously also saved the image as a .jpeg in paint or some other program. Avoid that. Always go .png to avoid depixellation and destruction. Makes for a much clearer image. Also, for future reference, you won't ALWAYS get positive feedback; no one does. Just take whatever feedback you get though and build from it.

I also have no problem getting negative feedback but if someones going to give negative feedback and not contribute anything its just spam

 

All of his post was valid as it hit everything that I pretty much hit on except the effects which I didn't mention because it pretty much just needs to be redone completely.

I use piclion to host because it is quick.
