What bots will be left after Oct 25th?

Yeh they put two methods in so that if this did happen it could be corrected in a couple of hours, but generally ones that are affected I say 2 days maximum. They won't ban that many because the want money off the people.

 

If they switched to a different language, it will still work (we just gotta make a new script thats it.

 

Bots will go down but it will only be temp, Jagex knows they can't stop them. It's futile.

 

well according to jagex's good conscious this would be against the rules and get them banned. rofl

 

Give it two days after the update and we will all be botting, everyones panic selling botted resourses thats why everythings rising...

 

I highly doubt that RSBuddy will go down for more than 2 hours, all other bots shouldn't take long either.

 

Jagex are going to fail so bad, the only bots they will take out will be the shit free ones.

 

Honestly, no one here knows what's going to happen. If Jagex really wanted to break bots that look at player IDs, they could easily do it by adding in invisible objects that humans can't see, such as something that would make a bot think it's in a random event for example.

However, I doubt they will make the update too complicated, and I'm sure it will be bypassed in time. But no one knows how long, as we don't even know that the update will be.

 

How would an invisible object bug the bot?

 

If say for a wc bot they make an invisible object with the same object number as a yew tree and everyone who clicked on it would be a but because normal player wouldn't be able to see it

 

RSbuddy's devs are supremely confident that Jagex's update will have virtually no effect on their injection technique. Based on Chrisso's posts on the RSOF, Jagex is aware of RSbuddy's plans, and are equally confident that they won't be able to beat it.

I think it may be time to lol at both of them and go use RiD...

The dev's on RSBots have already set a goal.

They plan to be up in less than 24 hours.

 

All bots will be back after this update. There always will be bots. There may just be a little down time.

 

3.5 hours till the 'bot nuking' i'm curious.
God and I can't even watch it life because I'm on college.
