School Limits Bathroom use

This is just outrageous. This has to be illegal. They limited the students bathroom use to 3 per semester. What about the kid's with urinary problems? Here's the article on it. Tell me what you think also.

I would just go whenever I had to and leave when everybody else did. What are they gonna do? Detention? Suspension? I'd take it to court if it got to the point of expulsion. I've been up and down the school disciplinary system more than twice in Illinois and I wouldn't tolerate that shit..

They'll try and get you for "insubordination" if you don't listen. It's not insubordination, it's civil disobedience. Fuck the school system.

And that's less than an hour away from me.

 

3 a semester? Holy fuck that's little-to-none. I'd just get up and walk right out of the class if I had to go. Middle finger to the teachers.

 

It looks like its not 3 per semester, but 3 per teacher per semester. So, given you have 8 classes, thats 24 per semester.

Still not enough, considering a semester is near 5 months. Yet alone if you run out with one teacher your screwed. Their argument seems to be " Theres enough time in between classes " which is bullshit. Im in highschool, and there certainly is not. If i were to stop off to go to the bathroom i would surely be late.

I leave class to go to the bathroom like every day. Sorry my coffee doesn't go through me until half way through class.

 

Pretty bullshit and I'm nearly positive this will cause a lot of conflicts with not only the parents but, the workers at the school as well. It's completely unfair and I'm pretty sure they will make an exception to those who have urinary problems as long as they have a valid doctor's note or something else.

Plus, I'd still go whether they allow it or not. If they don't, I'll piss and take a shit in my pants and have their chairs fucked up, lol.

 

Yea, I don't think they are letting us use the bathrooms a lot here either. They limit it to like 5 times a semester here I would usually just leave the classroom to go if it was an emergency and take the consequence.

 

Wow, it's HIGH SCHOOL for God's sake... they're supposed to be preparing them for the real world, where there are no bathroom limits...

That's just sad and completely ridiculous. If they're the type of students that leave the class regularly by pretending to need to use the bathroom, they probably aren't paying much attention in class anyway...

 

This is incredibly stupid. I don't know how that high school works, but I can never piss during transitions.

 

I agree that there should be some cap like two a day, but three a semester is just ridiculous...

 

They're giving the entire school population a punishment based on a select few students, that's bullshit. Rather or not they get a bathroom break in the real world, if they really need to take a piss, they're going to do it. Honestly pissing yourself on the job would more than likely make you, and the company look mo unprofessional than if you had just left to do it.

This isn't real world training. I agree that students who regularly abuse the ability to go to the bathroom as an excuse should have to abide by SOME rules ( more like once or twice a day, 3 times per teacher every 5 months is completely ridiculous. )

 

Meh, We are limited 4 a nine week. I go about 15 times a nine week just walk it claiming its an emergency.

 

If you have bladder problems your in trouble.

And it shouldn't be allowed, yeah sure if it is at the same time every single day in the same lesson maybe have a talk with them. But not allowing them to go isn't the answer.

Exactly, if they're worried about students leaving to do other stuff then w/e it's the student that looses so teachers should not be worried about that. No need for the limit.
