If I wanted to spend that much on SR2, then I could have just bought it from the store by myself.

As I said, looking for a really cheap one.

 

Alright then, my prices usually are different for Americans & Europeans.

At this time SR2 cost in US $15, EU €10 ($13.77). Then the save would be $1.27. OK, I can make the price to be again with $2.5 cheaper: $11.27. If that price is not satisfied (from a legit, NOT carded Steam gifts seller like), then you wouldn't find anyone else (in my opinion and experice on the past 2 years), I can 95% guarantee that (even after 10+ bumps).

And SR3 is coming', which I 100% have key scans cheaper than ANY EU/US real or not store.
