    Magic SHORT bow plus a lot of adamant/rune arrows if you can afford them, if not, Mithril arrows will do the job.

    Training won't be hand trained for the simple reason that we've got too much orders to hand train all of them, plus we have school.

    IF the bot is taken down as Jagex said, the order will be temporary stopped until the bots are back up. I doubt it will take more than 5 days before the bots' are back up.
