(45 day hold on money sent and 45 days to open a claim) or until I get a rating or the buyer receives his goods. But I dont think rating works here like ebay. I am used to Conquers2.0 selling, so not really sure about runescape. i see prices jumping between .3 to .6 per mil. just tell me what is your offer please.
