All the kids in the forums think that boys wont back. But we will! The rsbuddy maker said it only uses a small amount of reflection in it, and I assume this is the same for rsbots, powerbot and even epicbot.

When will bots be back? Will they even come back?

Nexus will probably have a problem with this it won't be as easy for them to update as it is for rsbuddy, jagex has a smart business plan though, all the gold farmers will empty their mules awaiting the ban hammer then once their p2p accounts are banned, jagex knows they will come back and make new p2p accounts once bots work again= major revenue for the month + major investor interest

 

Nexus is not just a little reflection, it's pretty much all reflection.

 

It doesn't matter RSbuddy is almost 100% bcel ad Jagex is also targeting BCEL bots... That original post was not made by the dev team a j-mod corrected saying it would target both types of bots.

I think this might be a little BS on their part though, they have been planning this and they aren't going to quickly make a post and 'make an error' in that post.

 

My guess is that it will be a very general update...Everyone assumes that it will prevent Reflection and BCEL from reading and editing client data...It won't, it can't...They are more likely to try to randomize object and item IDs every hour so a flax picking bot will be picking flax one minute and the next minute be clicking on trees...

They may also attempt to change the language the client is written in...but I doubt it because they have asked users to upgrade their Java versions to "be able to view certain graphics....but also to help in the fight against bots."

 

JageX might as well just make it easier to earn GP's, so that prices of Mills plummet, so people don't other selling them. Winwin?

I hope that they mainly focus on gold farmers and f2p bots though.
I haven't botted on my acc in a month or more. So hopefully i'm safe.

 

Scar and simba still have a lot of color bots out there right now, and they should run from now and past oct 25th.

 

What do you predict will happen to Mufasa? Perhaps Scar will reign supreme? I guess we'll find out.
