Banned, confused and don't know what to do

I was stupid, don't tell me I am because I know I was very stupid.

I havnt logged on to rs for like 4 months, I quit because I was reset, but the reset wasn't that bad. So I came back yesterday and decided it was safe to start botting a little. I was using miner to higher my mining at alkharid with iron ore and I left the bot on while I went to school and I ended up sleeping over a friends house and forgot about the bot and I just got home and found a ban. Please dont tell me I'm stupid because i left the bot on, I only do like 5 hours at a time usually.

I log on to account status and I see the offense bar is in the red zone. It says appeal for Major macroing, offense oct 22.

When should I wait to appeal? if so what do I say?

Should I not appeal?

What should I do?

I'm not depressed at all It was just an account with some not that bad skills and a good amount of gold. I just want to Advoid starting at over

If I do have to start over, can I start botting a little?

Please don't be mean, I'm sorry people like me are idiots.

There's pretty much nothing you can do. Jagex will NEVER accept an appeal for macroing, especially if it's your second offence. You're probably better off starting a new account.

 

Hey. Yeah now is a shitty time to bot. I'd back off for awhile. And a lot of people bot 24/7 but their cracking down on bots atm.

 

Yeah thats rough man. Your only option really is to start a new account There is no way Jagex will unban you, especially with their whole "war on bots" thing right now. Just be more careful next time if you choose to bot!

Time to start a new account. If my main was banned i personally wouldn't bother.

were you f2p or members btw

as this is normal for f2p to get banned fairly quickly

 

He was obviously f2p if he quit for four months, then JUST came back to bot.

Moral : Don't bot f2p

 

I have 10 f2p ess minners running 24/7 for 4 days now. Still nog banned. Either you had a very crappy script version, or you have run out of luck.

 

Its your second offence so your chances of getting unbanned are very slim. But you could send a apology to JaGeX pretty much sucking up to them and you MAY get unbanned.

 

Not true. Jagex has been known to take months before banning people for botting. 4 days 24/7 means nothing.

 

Just make account, and bot it 24/7, and hope you won't get banned again.

You will get banned within the hour, or at least four or five hours if botting in f2p.

 

You are stupid for botting right after jagex announced bot nuke.

Do they not give you the option to buy it back for real money?

 

It never hurts to write an appeal, even though you have a verrry slim chance of it being accepted. In the meantime, I would start a new account, get members, and bot on it 24/7 (if bots still work a week from now)

 

You'll more than definately have to make a new account and when you do you'll probably not be able to bot as hard because of the supposid 'nuking'
