A new sticky in the MM section.

Just a quick idea I had.

Could there be a sticky in the MM section that only OMMs can post on when they are online and MMing ?
I do not know what perks the OMM ranks have and if this could be made possible without throwing too many things around.

General idea is that OMM's can post on that thread, whilst others can't, and will simply say "Online and MMing!" or "Online from xx AM to xx PM and MMing!" so that when someone needs an OMM, they go to the sticky, visit the last page, and there's a few online OMM's.
Granted you can just look up their threads, but this way they stand out some more and will be easier to find an OMM within a minute or two and get some safer trades.

I don't think it could hurt and would help out some people.

How much they cost
General ideas of the trades they do.

I feel knowing that they are online is enough.
After that you can easily find their thread.

 

Generally, if I'm on MSN, I'm MM'ing. The same applies for most officials, since AFK'ing is discouraged for security reasons.

Hence, if you need an OMM, just spam-add them to your MSN list to find out who's available.

If you need to know if they're online / mming.

A. Check if they're online Sythe/msn
B. Ask them via PM/msn.

They usually say if they're online and mming on their threads. Although, I think it would be nice for all MM/OMM's to put their status on the OP to let people know if they're MMing or not.

Would be less hectic for OMM's would it not? I don't know. Moderators in this thread have spoken out and have obviously expressed indifference in receiving a barrage of spam messages through sythe and msn, so i guess their say is law. Im surprised actually, this would be a proactive step in stride of organization, but oh well.

 

Then why not just make a system which is in every OMM's system that updates a server and show it here? (Joke)...

Obviously no, just add them, I have a group in MSN called OMMs and I have at least 1 always.
