Can't buy members?

I try to click upgrade account and the page won't load. On all my browsers, any ideas why?

 

Perhaps are you blocked, or your Java isn't up-to-date?

 

Runescape loads though, and IDK why i would be blocked :s

 

Is it just the upgrade login section? Can you do the change password/email/other account management settings?

 

nope none of them load. I can get to accouunt management page but nothing else loads.

 

Is it just a white screen or what? Also, is it an ongoing thing or did it just barely happen today? Possibly restarting your computer would do the trick.

 

Its been happening, just tried a proxy and now it loaded :O


but can't buy it through proxy.

 

Ah - try updating/refreshing your java, might do it. If not, we can try seeing what else would work.

 

I just updated it still not working.

 

Try clearing your cache.

Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7
1. Go to Start > Computer > Local Disk ( C: ) or your primary hard drive
2. Locate the folder named .jagex_cache_32 and/or .jagex_cache_33.
3. Delete these folders
4. Restart your internet browser (e.g. Internet explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

 

Still nothing.. :\

Try resetting your internet? Seems as if your internet is screwing up. The page works fine for me.

Try unplugging your internet, waiting ten seconds, then plug it back in. Tell me how it works. Also, does it do that for all browsers, or just chrome?

 

This happened with me too! I had a guy fix it via teamviewer. Ge had to fix like the hostfiles or something :$

 

Im at college so I can't just unplug :S

 

I'm basically out of ideas, sorry man. :/

Im not that good at this kinda thing but noticed you were using google chrome. Try just using a regular internet browser
