Hyperlinking "50 post requirement"

This is a revised version of this thread- http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1259100 credits go to that tank kid for the original idea this thread is simply is a revised version of that suggestion that I feel will be more likely to be accepted.

My suggestion is to simply require that sythe users have atleast 50 posts inorder to use hyperlinks. This does not mean new members can't post links it just means that you have to simply copy and paste the url to visit the page. This would allow users to see the url before visiting the site "without hovering over the link" and in my opinion would allow users to pay more attention to the sites they visit from new members.

 

That really wouldnt make a difference, now days kids spam threads till 50-100 posts:/

 

Stop making these threads, look through the suggestions this thread has been made 2 other times in the last week. Reported this thread as spam.

 

It's a nice idea but it's just going to create more spam for Sythe. No support.

If it isn't going to work once or even work twice, then why will it work the third time? The mods have already said this will never happen two threads ago when FireZ locked it. This has already been denied, therefore creating a new thread is spam.

 

If some cunt wants to come on and post a malware or spam link, they will most likely go around posting spam in order to get the 50 post minimum count and then post the link. I can see where your going with the suggestion, but I doubt it will ever happen.
