10m to help me edit fake id

Paying 10m to someone who will change the name on my ID card and also change the name on a letter, preferably someone skilled in photoshop.
Must look convincing.

Illegal?
Is this a government issued ID card? And how will you get the ID into card form. Just saying...

 

It's not illegal to have a fake ID. It's only illegal to use a fake ID.

This is the UK terms any way.

 

If you are caught with a fake ID it is illegal unless it states on it somewhere that it is a fun/novelty item. This is really a hazy gray area, consult the mods for this.

 

In all honesty, If your caught and under the age of 18 the ID will be confiscated nothing more.

 

My friends use fake ID to get in bars, no offence. I don't use them though, I don't try to do anything that might be wrong in the right sense of mind.

 

Assuming he needs it photoshopped he probably just needs to send it online.
