Jagex - "98% of all bots banned" [1.5M banned accounts]

if they ban using registered e-mail addresses, then im FUCKED.

4 days left let's see what happens when their membership sales drop to half

 

F2P bots are dead there banned in like 1 day now and they do these bonus weekends to get players to bot more so they can catch them -_- so I just keep my head down. I bot 5-6 hours a day and 5-7 on weekends, they have never said anything to me =)

 

^^^ I thought you couldn't do as much with scar and they have a greater chance of being detected.

 

I've googled around a bit and it seems that it is indeed possible to stop reflection bots from working. This means trouble for both neXus and RSBuddy, but neXus will get hit harder.

But for now, we shall wait and see.

 

I have been browsing the forums of RSBuddy and from the many responses, they are not "reflection" bots. Nexus, on the other hand, IS.

 

Why are you guys turning your bots off? get as much done as you can just in case

I don't know what to think, ofcourse, in my heart I just believe it's bs to get more memberships, but I started to think this time it's gonna happen :/

 

From my studying it seems as if RSBuddy works off injection and reflection I believe, so it may be that some scripts will be fine and some will not work. I am botting the hell out of some dunge for the next two or three days though. Maybe I can hit 80 or 85 if I suicide until Sunday. I don't think they are serious though.

I personally think this is just some nonsence that will probaly only screw up a few bots, and the rest will grind in the shadows until they forget all about it.

Right now, people on the rs forums seem to be queuing up to suck Jagex's dick, whilst forgetting that everything "awesome" Jagex brags about tends to turn out like crap.

i think we should be able to exchange loyalty points for unbann.

 

If this is a big enough change that it works, be prepared for tons of new bugs that will also bring billions into the game...
