    Also the skilling plugins on hydra have an EXTREMELY high ban rate. That just further proves to me how stupid you are even sharing information across servers.

    YOUR STAFF specifically told me which I’ve pointed out SEVERAL TIMES in SOLID evidence it had a ONE MONTH warranty . YOU were not even involved in this trade deal.

    @Performing - The video evidence you provided above shows that you agreed to the seller's terms of service for the account sale. Their terms of service state their accounts are created with automation assistance, so if you read them you would have been aware that the account was previously botted.

    The macroing major ban was applied to the account on May 21 while in your possession. By default we do not generally hold sellers liable for bans after the sale unless mutually agreed upon beforehand.

    In the ticket transcript you asked the worker if the warranty covered bans, to which they informed you that the warranty was exactly as outlined in the terms of service. The terms of service did not state that they would replace or refund the account in the event of a ban. The terms of service states that they are responsible for an account for 1 month as outlined in Sythe's rules - which at the time required sellers to assist with account locks/recovery.
