    I don't know this guy well but talked to him a bit via PM on irc. He seems like he has good intentions and is willing to work his way back up with trust, etc. He told me he was banned for a 700k scam and ban evading(with no scamming on the ban evaded accounts). If it is true, then I support it. I think giving him a TWC for a while plus him giving an admin 50mil so that if the guy he scammed comes back, he can claim it would be a good way to re-introduce him to the community.
