Halloween 2011 Event.

Is it worth tha time?

I started on it earlier, got very bored of it and quit.

Whats you guys' imputs?

 

I never bother with annual events anymore, but i soon regret not participating knowing that ill never have that exclusive item given out, even if itll just be collecting dust in my bank.

 

Yeah.. IMO they just get worse every year.

 

If you're a botter of course it'll give you a chance to step away form the bot and look like a legit person for 20mins.

 

exactly the same as what I do lol, I mostly regret the 2005 (i think) with the hats and scarves

 

Ehh it's so boring and making the image on the dance floor frustrates me haha. So I was like... Back to botting!

 

Id rather just pay someone to do it for me, RS isn't as fun as it use too be..

 

i was doing it then got fustrated with the party room one so i said f it. imho don't do it unless you just want the reward

 

They made it a tad bit too hard I think

 

Same dance floor as last years? I remember that, it was pitiful.

I would love to see them make a tradeable item and everyone making going on all there accounts gettin it and hording it and buying them out in the ge haha, just to see hooow it would go cooos them would be worthless tbh cos all you have to do is make a new account but people would go mental making loads of new accounts to do this

 

After Fagex announced that there will never be another year like '01 (w/e year they gave out phats/crackers) and have tradeable holidays, I quit.

They just aren't worth the time....

 

Yeah, i got that on 3 of my accounts and glad i took to time for it. love those hats!

 

whats the prize / reward from it? no ones posted what it was and i havent taken the time to do the "mini quest" yet

 

For completing the event, players will receive a Deathcon II t-shirt and lanyard. Members will receive an hourglass in addition to the t-shirt and lanyard. Players will also unlock the Living on Borrowed Time emote.

Yeah the event is so lame. Jagex is too obsessed with puzzles. Like seriously, figure something else out for a quest/event once. Everything involves some lame ass puzzle.

But the emote is actually kind of cool...

The event is extremely easy...It took me less then 20 minutes to do it on 3 accounts (no I didn't use a guide)...I don't see why you shouldn't do it...You'll never have another chance to get these shitty items again.

 

The event is lame indeed, but the emote you unlock upon completion is pretty cool imo.. Worth finishing it.
