Selling an Old Runescape Account for VERY CHEAP

Hey guys, i used to play runescape years and years ago, still have this account and i need a little cash. He has a few 99 stats, low combat because havent leveled the new skills. Not much iteams or anything. However im willing to sell him fairly cheap. I need 10$ which is only about 7 euro's. A bargain for this account i feel like.

He has old iteams like the Yo-yo from back in 2003 if you like comodeties, he also has rubber chicken and egg ring, others too

His stats etc are in the picture(99 str and 99 fletching)

I know im not the most trusted so we can use a middle man, but like i said i need 10$ exactly, so costs will have to be from the your side. Also i take paypal only.

Im new to the whole selling scene so if i left anything out just tell me. I'm looking for a sale quick because he's going for very cheap.

I feel the price is good because if you look at total level you will see allot of time has been spent on this account and he has allot of high skills instead of just one or two 99's.
