If you put like "very rude on msn etc" I'm assuming if they report your post you will be get an infraction.

I think the persons vouch thread is the best place to put this.
At his sales threads you surely will be infracted.

Honestly, it's hard to do this without being issued an infraction for accusing of scamming without proof. If you do post this, you need to post a legitimate screenshot of the actual MSN conversation, just like if you were reporting them for scamming.

I personally hate the rule, but that's how it is.

This is an interesting comment and hopefully a market mod will clarify if there are any rules regarding this. Negative feedback should most certainly be allowed as long as it is not an accusation of scamming without proof. I would defiantly support allowing negative feedback on people's vouch threads AND on their market threads if they allow vouches to be posted there as well.

I don't agree on their market thread but on their vouch thread yes.

If they don't have a vouch thread and use their market thread for both I do not see a problem with that.

So is this open to debate or is this how it's going to stay?

As long as the trade went through (or if it didn't explain why don't just say "user had to leave during trade TWC") I think it should be allowed.

I'm saying the trade didn't go through and you post 'rude on msn, stuck up, not willing to come to an agreement about anything'

I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed, but why not post it on their service thread?

It shouldn't though... you're giving a review of the service which I know is not against the rules.

The problem with people giving negative feedback on buyers/sellers is that some people will end up posting fake feedback/take something too far. It's important for people who post negative feedback to only post screenshots of MSN conversations, not just their own commentary. This way, potential buyers/sellers can view both sides of the chat, and process the negative feedback by themselves.

Why wouldn't it be allowed? As long you don't accuse them of scamming it's fine.

Right, then he SHOULD have proof to post this feedback. I don't think you can any more clearer.

I agree with Gohan on this.

A problem is, people can just post some bad feedback and discouraging others from trading with the guy to take out some competition or simply about a guy they do not like.
I feel some sort of proof should be submitted just like when you accuse someone of scamming.

I think the screenshot could just be added to the post and people could judge for themselves based on that.

Although, this may create a problem of more work for mods as they would have to deal with problems with people faking, taking stuff out of context, etc.

It could go both ways, I tend to support it but only in extreme circumstances that a TWC wouldn't cover either.

That's what I was trying to say in my post earlier. I feel like negative feedback should require at least one screenshot of some sort of PM/MSN conversation regarding a service/sale.
