dont trust him, i bought an acc off him and he recovered 3days later, look in his vouches 2 other people ae saying the exact same thing. also when he sold me the acc he didnt tell me it was perm muted had a bankpin and there was a email registered

Dude, if he recovered the account he's already broken the rules. You won't get the account back if he's already re-selling other accounts.
