Old School (2006) Or New RS

There is always hope.
I will always be an Old-School Rs fan.

 

Jagex will always proceed with newer graphics if possible.

 

Oldschool RS was much better...

Less bots, better community, more fun, and PKing was 10x better because there weren't all these overpowered weapons and so much rushing. I miss those days TBH, best times I've had on RS. I just don't enjoy the game these days the way I used to.

 

They will always enhance the graphics, nothing matters to them because they are still making butt loads of money. It's just my opinion that 600+ Graphics are terrible looking and really bring out the 'Ugly' looking features that the game has to offer.

 

Lol old school, no matter what. I remember logging in to my account ready to fuck some shit up all geared up in edge and my dragon scimmy was funky as hell looking. I thought i glitched it and got a different weapon. When i asked someone wth is up with scim they said update. I honestly stopped caring for runescape that day lol. I played to look sick not like a shiny pussay like ghostly was saying.

 

I always trained at edge on the guards or whatever with full rune and a d scimmy. I wish they never enhanced the graphics, it sorta 'Pisses' me off in a way, but they can do as they wish I suppose.

Of course Jagex is money-hungry. They don't give a fuck about botters they only care about the money they pay once there banned.

 

old rs, i'll join the train but i loved the old graphics, I still keep my current setting to the minimum to semi enjoy them.

 

Old school for sure. The game itself wasn't all that bad, despite shitty graphics. It was simple, but entertaining (kinda like Tetris, or Pacman). And the people were a lot different too; not as many bitchy 13-year-olds. Everyone was pretty cool for the most part, the occasional troll here and there, but it was never really an incessant problem the way it is now. Being rich meant having a 40M bank, although the majority of us were poor as hell and it was kind of fun making do with what little we had.

I guess it was the simplicity that gave its allure, or at least to me it did.

RSC Pking was my favourite. Pking with those level 13 Black 2h/Range pures with fatigue at 100% was awesome in teams, no escaping from combat and "catching". Anyone remember any of that stuff? *Nostalgia*

 

2005-2006 Was much better than now IMO. One of the reasons may be I was still learning the game, worked hard for my cash, and rl friends played it. Since I basically know all about the game now, it isn't fun exploring etc. All these new weapons are a bit too much, wildy is all rushers. Not nearly as fun.

Old Skool RS is way more better , no botting , no overbotting shit , every gp on rs was worth it , now 1000m is nothing ....
And Sadly fact that rs will not be again as 2005 .....

 

Yeah 1bill is way too easy to gain now-a-days one of my friends has a total of 43bill. In items and GP runescape has failed its eco.
