Some of what you proposed seems a bit far-fetched and seems to have already been turned down, but I do support the idea of more donor perks beyond the $200 mark.

 

With Paypal, people, well in my opinion, will donate more. So it would be nice to have more perks.

 

I honestly think they should make these ranks but with "RSGP" aswell
so eg would be $1000 rank = 500m or something
would be helpful for people like me who dont have a PayPal

I would love to see more perks, especially at $25+ because I probably will be working my way up slowly.

I don't support. Although donation should be for both perks and to help the community, the perks you listed for donating those large sums of money are ridiculous. Extra post icons? Not trying to be a jerk, but seriously, who pays attention to the post icons. Just a select few people.

These "new" perks wouldn't make me want to donate an extra $100 - $700 to get.

I support these perks. The donators are taking money out of their own pockets to support the community that they love.

They should get more privileges than the average user, in my opinion at least.

Sounds like a good idea to me, considering that people who have already donated more than $100 will probably be encouraged to donate more. And while the amount of 300+ donations will not increase much, the amount per donation will be higher than in lower ranks.

 

Yeah, but they don't really 'start' until $50+. I think $25 should at least get a little something more than it has now.

 

No support, max amount a donor perk should cost is $300. Anything else is ridiculous.
