Partner scammed, I am banned as well

Hi,

Tried logging in this morning and it says I am banned - the reason being that apparently my partner scammed over the weekend and so I am hold liable as well?

If this is the case, I would like to know what exactly he scammed - was it the amount he gained from people placing orders? If that is the case, I can process all those orders myself 1 by 1 to make up for that loss.

If he cleaned their banks or something (even though all accounts we/I have done/do are noobs/pures with no banks), I can't afford to replace that...But I would at least like to know what I am up against.

In any case, I would just like to say that I am very sorry to those that were scammed. That makes up for nothing, etc., but that is not why I am saying it. I took on a partner mostly because of my time difference from the majority of Sythe users, and the added fact that I am not on during weekends. I foresaw it helping my business tremendously, which it seemed to at first...We started to get a ton more thread traffic. But that wasn't worth what has happened.

But yeah, anyways, it would be good for me to know exactly what has been wronged. Hopefully it isn't massive and I can make it right.

 

Your partner stole around 90M-100M from Alteranz (wiped his bank).

Since he was your partner, you both take responsibility for anything that happens in your "business" and therefore, you are responsible for this as well.

That being said, because you did not do the scam yourself, you will be unbanned if you chose to repay Alteranz.

 

If you are willing to refund what Colmanpwnz stole, then I would be happy to get you unbanned so this can be organised over PM and you can get back to your business. Of course failure to do so will result in a re-ban...

 

The staff has decided that because you were partnered with Colemanpwnz, you are also held responsible.

You will be unbanned when/if Alteranz (and anyone else, if more scam reports arise) is paid.

 

Might I add, if you are able to contact Colmanpwnz yourself and get anything out of him then I'd highly recommend you to try that option first.
