Bots Being Killed!

RSBuddy's frost dragon script is fully functional now.

Really? That's strange how they can bypass the new system that easily.

 

The more difficult they make botting the more complex and interesting the bots become. It drives the botting Market.

Equally I do not mind them making gold farming bots difficult, I think botting to gain levels is more appropriate than botting to make and sell gold.

Despite how many 2.5% exp bonuses they give it still takes a stupidly long time to grind up to 99's and even after you have done the 3000 hours of "gameplay" you still have not actually stopped and had fun. I can justify leveling bots for that reason alone and fully support them. So would my daughter agree because she would then get to spend more time with me.

 

So, Iv'e read a couple comments, and I saw a few that said Jagex is trying to do something about bots, I sure do hope that you all don't think they can just block them, and no, this isn't going for everyone, just the ones who said that quote about Jagex. What the hell Braedon, it's funny that they all tried, but I don't think it will ever be possible to block the 'scripts'

 

because they have a brain unlike yourself, and yea this might not be a thread about prayer, but this is a thread about the frost dragon update and about how it will get rid of the bots. well if you dont like the bots, dont play easy as that, and as for where ill post and where i dont post, doesnt have anything to do with you, if you didnt wanna hear people from the communitys input on the subject, DONT MAKE A THREAD ON A COMMUNITY WEBSITE RETARD, and maybe people from the community wouldnt post,

its funny how your so against bots, but your buying gold... mhm but if there was nobody buying/selling runescape items, accounts, gold, etc, what would there be to bot except for personal use, meaning that half of the bots wouldnt be there because im pretty sure gold farmers arnt gold farming for personal use. before you go ahead and judge someone for what they are doing, remember that when that thing is botting what they are doing is also the reason your able to buy and sell gold for your profits. that goes for everyone crying about the bots but yet there spending there money on gold from the botters so they can have a life in runescape.. yea, your a real winner..

I don't care about botters botting, it's not like i'm heart broken Jagex yet again fuck up with a shit bot update. I just want the gp value to rise.

It belongs to RS2G not RS2C because it's about Jagex cracking down on bots.

i dunno about the other scripts, but i got 3 bots running arteFDK right now.
2 glitches i found (trigoon is away today, so he'll fix it tomorrow)

1. Sometimes after it picks up the cannon (so it can teleport away), it gets stuck on the "eating shark" action. And just stands there getting hit
2. Sometimes when the bot stops to avoid getting hit recoil damage (blue orb), it doesn't start again. So usually have to wait for cannon to kill it, then it'll return back to normal.

 

Just makes it look more legit for people that get bots to work there,* Thumbs Up*

 

I hope Runescape can find a good way to block them, it's lowly likely, but hey, they could.

 

Bots are already back up and running, i have one doing frosts getting 800k+ a hour. Bot was fixed within 12 hours of updates.

 

The only thing that Jagex will be able to do is ban anyone that uses them, other than that, it's hopeless.
