TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS) — BAZZUKA SERVICES

1. Hand-Played & Worker Policy

• 100% Manual Execution: All services are played entirely by hand on official RuneLite with matching location VPN/Proxies. No bots, macros, auto-clickers, or unauthorized third-party software are ever used.
• No Outsourcing: Your account is handled directly and exclusively by me. It will never be outsourced or given to third-party workers.

2. Account Safety, Valuables & PIN

• Security Safeguards: Clients must set a temporary password before handing over account credentials and are strongly advised to change it immediately after the service is completed.
• Removal of Valuables: Clients MUST remove all high-value items, cash, and non-essential gear prior to the start of the service.
• Restricted / Ironman Accounts: For Ironmen or restricted accounts, all required supplies and equipment must be agreed upon in writing before logging in.
• Bank PIN Security: Bank PIN access is completely optional and NOT required. You may withdraw all necessary supplies into your inventory beforehand.
• Inventory & Bank Audits: Screenshots of the bank and inventory are taken upon login and completion. I am not held responsible for missing items that were not present or documented in initial screenshots.

3. Bans & Liabilities

• Due to the 100% hand-played nature of my work, I am not liable for account bans, mutes, or flags occurring during or after the service. Full stream footage, screenshots, or logs proving manual gameplay will be provided upon request.

4. Refunds & Cancellations Policy

• Full Refund (Service Failure): A 100% full refund will be issued immediately if I am unable to complete the agreed service, make a critical error, or fail to deliver due to my own fault.
• Partial Refund & Client-Initiated Cancellations: If an order is canceled mid-way by the client, for reasons outside of my control, or by mutual agreement, the work already completed will be billed proportionally based on actual progress (e.g., if 20% of the target XP or quest steps are completed upon audit, 20% of the total order cost is retained for time worked, and the remaining 80% is refunded).

5. Agreement & Acceptance

• By confirming an order via Sythe Private Message (PM) or Discord, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in writing.
