*Some progress has been made on some accounts, so I am unsure how that should be deducted from the total.

I also provided bonds etc on most of the orders. For simplicity, I will write that off for now, but it should be noted if we ever get a chance to resolve this issue.

Explanation of the trade:

Purchased multiple account builds since October 2025. Most have not been completed within the proposed/estimated timeframe. Now multiple customers in his server have complained publicly, little to no progress has been made for months. MrJazz has lied about working on my accounts as I checked myself and they are all F2P with last login dates ranging from 1-2 weeks ago, and many 2+ months ago. Lastly, MrJazz posted an announcement in his discord which indicates he is either overwhelmed due to poor business decisions, or just an excuse for an exit scam.

How they scammed:

Aariz/ MrJazz has abandoned his orders and has even published an announcement on his discord that he will be taking 8-9 weeks as a rest, not paying his workers, etc. Therefore he has taken the money and run (at least for now). I gave him the benefit of the doubt for about 4-5 months after noticing a decline in progress. It should also be noted that MrJazz attempted to hard sell more orders before completing ongoing work. Therefore, if he is as overwhelmed as he claims, then it is his own doing.

As it stands, I believe MrJazz was legitimate at first. I did have a good experience with him for some of the first accounts I paid him to build. However, I ordered multiple accs, including a batch of DS2 accounts, max melees, and a Quest Cape account around between Oct-Dec 2025 and noticed an immediate decline in progress in January.

In his discord announcement he paints himself as a victim, when the only victims are his clients that have been patiently waiting for their orders.

I have decided to make this post as have waited months and I'd like to bring awareness as I believe many of the customers complaining in his discord may not have active sythe accounts.

What I would like to happen:

I am in no immediate rush for a refund (doubt I will get one anyway), however I'd like to document this and bring awareness as nobody else has yet. If MrJazz is able to return successfully and willing to negotiate an acceptable resolution then I am open to negotiate. I wish him the best and hope he can make things right.

Note to mods: I have not posted screenshots of the entire ticket. I have prepared screenshots of the entire ticket, however it contains a lot of sensitive data and general chitchat over 6+ months. I can post if required, but I'm also happy for a mod to connect to my laptop via teamviewer and scroll through the ticket themselves if necessary.

He deleted his public chat channel in his discord so I doubt he will return. I think he is in too big of a hole and is hiding

If he responds here we can negotiate either a refund or completion of the work (his choice if he responds). If he doesn't then I guess it is a write off and he can refund if he returns.

Important update: I just went through all accounts using various IP's and devices. Luckily, on further inspection the number of accounts incomplete is less than previously thought. It is apparent all max melee acc orders were completed successfully. The problems lie with the 1x quest cape account ordered for $129.96 LTC and the 6x DS2 accounts ordered for $192.02. Total: $321.98

I also counted the exact number of bonds, just to document - happy to write them off still. I provided 3x bonds for the quest cape (totaling 45 days mems) and 2x bonds per DS2 accs, so 12 bonds for 6x DS2.
