banned for filing a chargeback on rsultimate?

My username is actually Sagha; just made an unsername up because i couldnt get in the dispute's thread. i read the reasoon why i was banned and umm I dont even know who this rsultimate is or when i "filed a chargeback." I would really like to see PROOF of this because I think some kind of mistake has been made. Ever since I joined the sythe community i have been abiding the rules. I have plenty of vouches (most from OMM's and sythe trusted members. Anyways, if you do read this dispute, and decide to not to lift the ban, then i would be extremely disappointed after being with Sythe for well-over 1 year. Thanks for reading this and please consider lifting my ban...

I've got a screenshot of your payment, along with the IP that was submitted with that Payment, and your address. I've matched that IP with your IP used on Sythe, and have confirmed it was you.
