Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: My worker was involved in a trade that later resulted in account bans after the trade had already been completed, there was no intention to scam or deceive the customer, and the situation mainly happened due to misunderstanding during the trade process, we also attempted to resolve the issue and return the customer’s gold, but unfortunately the accounts involved were later banned which was outside of our control.

I fully understand the whole situation that happened between them, but I’d like to clarify that it was never intended to be a scam, my worker was simply trying to reassure the customer about the trade, and the customer accepted and proceeded while fully aware of the risks involved and our trading terms, we completed the trade and delivered the gold, and the ban happened afterward once the trade was already completed.

When the customer requested a refund, we agreed to return the gold on a separate account because using the same account again for another large trade would have been even riskier and more likely to result in another ban, we tried to handle the situation in what we believed was the safest possible way, and the trade was completed again successfully before the account was later banned several hours afterward.

As the customer himself mentioned, I did not refuse to return the gold and genuinely tried to resolve the situation fairly, there was never any intention to take his money or scam him in any way, and I hope the situation can be viewed as a misunderstanding and reconsidered regarding the Trade With Caution decision.
