    Acne?

This is honestly the best choice I've ever made. It cleared up my acne very fast but it does dry your skin, it gave me really dry lips but you can combat that with a decent chap stick. It does make you depressed sometimes but your mood brightens after the treatments stop.

    Acne?

I drink water all the time, and i've purchased a skin cream from Boots (I live in UK) called Quinoderm which just dries up the spots. Also I go on the tanning beds twice a week to help dry my spots up. It clears eventually. If it persists go to the doctors and they can usually provide you with pills/stronger creams :)

    Acne?

Proactive 3 step program. I used it and for the first week it got worst and I almost quit but after that, it got miraculously better. I swear by it. Make sure to drink plenty of water stay away from unhealthy foods.

Talk to my gf, she and I will be together on Friday. She always has breakouts that she washes her face for.

    Acne?

People react differently to different products. If i could go back and combat puberty again i'd avoid all of the over the counter products and dermatology prescriptions altogether. My skin only reacts well to completely natural products. In the end its more expensive, but the absolute healthiest way of going about catering to your skin.

    Acne?

I went through a bad stage with acne, but as many people have said already drink LOTS of water - usually cleared up within a day or two.

    Acne?

In addition to all of the chemicals people are suggesting I would personally say to examine your diet. In many cases simply eating more vegetables (greens in particular) will reduce acne and give you healthier skin.

Don't eat foods with too much sodium, don't eat foods with too much cheese.

    Acne?

Diet seems to be more or less an ongoing urban myth. The worst my skin has seen was throughout early teen years. I was so desperate to rid myself of any and every blemish, i would take extreme precautions in attempt to do so. I deprived myself of ALL dairy for two years straight, drank water incessantly (i had to go to the bathroom twice during every class) and i'd use the latest in acne-combating products. What really cleared my skin up for me was simply using products comprised of natural ingredients. A moisturizer made with vanilla predominantly and a face mask made with vodka and lime, believe it or not.

A lot of these store shelf products have benzoyl peroxide and alcohol in them, which is extremely harsh for your skin. Im not going to provide you with a daily regime, because everybody reacts differently to everything. Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that all he had to do was drink mass quantities of water to clear his skin up. It really depends on you as an individual.

PS: Im back on dairy products, more than ever actually. Its a little bit of a problem, depriving myself of milk and chocolate for so long, and lately ive just been stuffing my face because my girlfriend encouraged me to do so. Its gotten out of hand, i gained 30 pounds in two months, lol. Guess thats what happens when you're on a strict, healthy diet, and then you grow up, lose your metabolism strength and binge on foods you haven't eaten for two years.
