    There is a sticky for this in the Runescape Cheating section, where you can discuss problems with the different bot clients and websites. Something like this doesn't need to have its own thread...

    Redownload it or something... I'm currently botting and nothing is wrong with it.
    There's also nothing wrong with the website, it's like never down.
