If desired aesthetic rewards like the Lord Marshall outfit, Full Profound armor, and ringmaster clothing could be bought and sold, as well as familiars like the phoenix eggling, and tzhaar pet, how much would they go for?

A clear demand for these items would have to be established by the market before a standard price could be established

Noone can voice a demand for these items because they are not tradeable to begin with. Most people will see the odd player in Lord Marshall, or Full Profound and say to themselves, "oh, thats nice" , and then continue on doing whatever it is that player does best because to spend the amount of hours accumulating the tickets or credits to get the outfit is ridiculously impractical and farfetched.

This is a hypothetical question, if you really wanted to make a correct analysis of its worth you'd take into consideration the hours needed to obtain the outfit, and its personal aesthetic value to you.

I don't think either of the two above mentioned outfits would come cheap, ringmaster may go for anywhere from 500k-2M being that its an easier obtained outfit, while something as rare as the phoenix eggling, which receiving one is completely by chance- doing a D&D that really isn't worth doing every day, would probably go for a considerable amount.
