Selling Large Steam Account - 148 Games- Paypal Only

I am new to the site and this is my first post so be gentle with me if there is something completely screwy with my listing. I am willing to take suggestions, use a middle man, or whatever is necessary to protect both parties being as I am a brand new user.

As you will be able to see, this is a large account (at least compared to most of the others i have seen for sale). It is the account I have been using for years but I am no longer interested in PC gaming. Everything was bought by me, either retail or through the Steam client.

I'm pretty sure I have screen shots showing every game that is on the account but the DLC purchased is not shown so I will list it here.

I really had no idea what to expect price wise. I didn't expect anywhere near what I paid for everything but I have no intentions of just giving the account away for nothing. That said, offer away.
