What to do with life?

I'm 20, living in the Middle East, and a bit confused with what to do with life...

I'm a Schizo effective (Bipolar + Schizophrenic), so my life has had its ups and downs). Due to this disorder, I've put on 40kg (120lb?)

I don't know what to do, I've been playing RS for 10+ hours a day, with NOTHING to do...

Should I have a goal? Maybe lose 40kg? Maybe start guitar? Maybe start a sport (tennis), maybe start a job, maybe go to college?

I have nothing to motivate me. What do I do...I'm so confused...

If you're ok with what you're doing now you could stick to it

 

Get a job, lose some weight, get a girl, and go to college,
Don't play RS as much, instead bot & sell gp,
It's an easy couple dollars in your pocket every now and then.

 

Reduce hours on Runescape. As <3 said, botting is a great alternative to slaving all day over attaining tedious levels legitimately.

Before I joined a study group, I had no motivation to study at all.
However, after I did, everybody around me was trying very hard and that was a good enough incentive for me to get back up my feet and join them.

It was the same for other things, such as school clubs.

Maybe you could join one, too

 

we'll the schizophrenia and bipolar doesn't help, but you can use that as motivation to get higher than most people, whether its working out or getting good grades, or even getting that hot girl. It must be a bitch to deal with, but if you take your med's I am sure your normal, just don't over think and you'll be fine.

 

Start your own business, it will help fill time, should generate money, and is usually fun (to me anyways).

 

Meds asap for that bipolar disorder, spend less time on the pc and more doing something constructive with your life like getting a job or studying.

Motivation is the keyword

 

The motivation should come from within, say to yourself, i dont want to leech off my parents for the rest my of life.

 

I think you have plenty of great ideas already. Obviously, RS for 10+ hours a day isn't exactly healthy and is probably a contributing factor to you putting on so much weight. I would quit RS, and start working out and playing the guitar!

 

step one : start botting.
step two: get addicted to running

To do step two you need to push your self further and further each time, to achieve 'runners high' once this is achieved you'll need to run more and more to get the same good feeling. This is where your life will change, you'll lose a ton of weight and feel happier and feel like you have a purpose, perhaps train for a half marathon or something etc.

 

Get out side, look for a job or go to college. See if there are any sports you can get into.

 

Start by getting physically active, I found that once you get into the habbit of exercising other things become much easier.

 

I would definitely start by getting into a Physical Training Program. for a least 2 hours a day, then play rs . Maybe even learn another language or something. College is always a good idea, you should really be asking what you want to do.

You could try asking for help from your friends.... or family..
Going to school would be a great way to get back into healthy social behavior..
Im very sorry to hear about your misfortune to start off with.
I can only empathize with what you must go through every day.
Wherever you may be now, I really do pray for you, all the way from the states man. All it takes is reaching one person with your struggles.
