Need an image made transparent

I dont have photoshop anymore and i am unaware of any other means for making an image transparent. Looking for someone that can make this specific image transparent and of perfect size to be made an avatar here on Sythe.

As for the avatar, That'll be hard with the 80x80.. There just isn't enough space.
Maybe you can work something out better than I can though.

 

Looks great, i rather enjoy the blurriness actually. No idea how i'd go about compressing the image to meet the site regulations though :S

Am i able to just save the image off the site its hosted off of, with the transparency intact, or would you have to send me the actual file? Im not very good with this stuff, as you know>
