I bought an account today. The asshole recovered it any way to recover an again successfully and easily?

 

I doubt it, unless you were given EVERY single piece of information about the account (which he would also have) so you'd just be fighting a losing battle, sorry for your loss, but you were scammed, scammed out of accounts is crap, but you don't really stand any chance of getting the account back unfortunately.

I did change the password and attempted to change email along with changend recoveries. Does that help?

First thing is to recovery with an ip that matches the original owners or original creation of the account's country. Then the two sections most important in a successful recovery are previous passwords and creation dates. Fill out as best as the form as best as possible and if you do get picked up on something when you get denied like recoveries, work on that thing you got denied for.

Don't think you'll be able to recover it since he probably gave you false info

 

If he is the original owner he can always recovery it. You need to know the first three passwords and creation ISP/date for the account.

Sadly, no. The original creator of an account if they keep all the information no matter how many times the recovery's and email is changed, will always be able to recover.

Tip: Buying accounts is bad, just make you're own and if you're lazy get some paid bots, you'll be fine

 

Possibly if you can proxy an IP where his is, you could get it back.
Doubtful though .
