PAYMENTS
Full Prepayment is required before work begins.
Only Administrators are authorized to accept payments.
Tips: 100% goes to your worker (0% commission).
All payments are final and non-refundable once the service has officially commenced

COMMUNICATION
All talk must stay within the Ticket.
No DMs with workers unless authorized by Staff.

ACCOUNT SECURITY & LIABILITY
Prior to the start of the service, the customer MUST remove all valuables and non-essential items from the account.

We are not responsible for any lost items or wealth if the customer fails to clear the account beforehand.

MANUAL SERVICE: All training and services are performed 100% manually by our verified workers. No bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party software will be used on your account.

Mandatory: Change your password/PIN immediately after service. No Logins: Do not access the account during service without prior agreement.

We are not liable for account penalties (bans/mutes).


⚖ IRONMAN & RESTRICTIONS
HCIM: If status is lost, a partial refund is issued for progress made, and work continues as a regular Ironman.
Restrictions: You must inform level restrictions (e.g., "no Prayer") upfront. Unreported gains are not compensated.
