Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
The detailed description will be a more or less copy paste from the last pardon attempt with a few further comments/words hoping to help prove my desire to return to the sythe marketplace in a honorable manner. (adding the comments after this message and adding clarity to the lying about account ownership further down below). I am actively still apart of the osrs market, paying for services (large lumpsomes) and buying/sellings accounts all of which I can get vouches/recommendations of business from to show I have been trustworthy and I have no ill will to scam again, rather just be able to publicly trade and utilize sythe since it is the most active osrs forum.

During the peak of COVID, I was experiencing significant financial hardship. During that time, I made an error in judgement, and proceeded to scam an innocent individual with the hopes of him obtaining OSRS gp at the end of the deal. I fully acknowledge my actions were not ethical, and accept complete responsibility for them. I am not presenting my actions as an excuse, but rather as context for a decision to allow me to prove I've since reformed.

Since then, I have taken deliberate actions to address my past by demonstrating personal and ethical growth on other free market platforms. I have reflected on my actions, understand they were wrong, and also understand the importance of integrity and accountability in all personal/professional matters in life. I have also repaid the full amount owed, as a part of my commitment to making amends and restoring trust in me within the Sythe community.

I ask that when reading this, that you (committee or curious reader) do not pass judgment of old me, as it does not reflect who I am today. I am fully committed to adhering to all policies and ethical standards that Sythe would want me to move forward with if given the chance on this platform. I understand if there’s hesitation, but I’d really appreciate being considered for a second chance to be part of this community again — this time, the right way.

In addition to the above statement, I also acknowledge that I've violated Sythe rules by evading previously on this account during my ban. While all transactions conducted were completed honestly and in full, I know that this was against the rules and take full responsibility for it. I have since not repeated ban evading and am committed to complying with all of Sythe's policies even if not granted an appeal. I was dishonest in how I knew the OG owner and for how long. While I was honest with having access to the account, we were not TRUE irl friends, and it wasn't for the 2 years, rather a few months. Nonetheless, a lie is a lie and I was wrong to falsify the relation to the account to help suede an account sale.

Since away from this platform, I've utilized off-site market places and maintained a record of positive reputation, and I more than happy to provide these to moderators if proof is needed for an evaluation of gaining reinstatement on Sythe.

Thank you for your time, I appreciate your efforts in maintaining a safe platform and doing these reviews to allow opportunity for people to show they've reformed.

Have you fully read and followed the pardon rules and requirements in this thread? Yes I have. It has been 3 months since my last attempt (feb 5th 2026), and with zero debt and a DNT status I am eligible to reapply for a Pardon after 3 months.
