Staff Feedback

I think this is acting defensively to an open opinion, kind of how Finn started acting towards the end. I never see you around so you must do a whole load of work behind the scenes or something, but I think it is unprofessional to criticize an opinion like this - especially when it is a fellow staffer. If it isn't true I think it is your burden of proof to prove his opinion wrong.

 

Going through your recent post of this month I can't see anything noticeable besides some excellent post in the staff lounge. With this feedback I tried to give in the perspective of a regular user hence why I didn't really comment about anybody being excellent in the discussion (staff lounge).

 

Based on what you said about Govind and his behind the scenes work, I'd say that you were in no way posting from the perspective user.

 

Always online and responds to my pms instantly doesn't have anything to do with behind the scenes >__>.

I don't see a problem with responding to feedback. If statements are made regarding my activity from staff members in public, people who are supposed to know what's going on, I have no choice but to respond. It's not a big deal, but more of a clarification.

I'm confused as to why you wouldn't give your opinion as a staff member. You have that perspective; you're not a regular user haha. I've always been green in my moderating logs and have done God knows how many spam reports. Part of the issue is that I don't respond to processed spam reports, yes, but saying I don't do any moderating is bold. I've always been more behind the scenes, and I thought you knew that(and would at least assume that considering I've never been inactive in my years of moderating).

 

It was and bold and slightly incorrect and I apologise for it. Why don't you post something on the processed spam reports >_<? It can be a bit misleading to people who can't see what you do in the sl.

 

i have nothing to do with any of this but i can say Nick has helped me tremendously in the past, when ive been scammed/or any other problems. Ive trusted him with 2,000.00 usd and its apparent hes a behind the scene's guy. He doesnt like to get caught up in the bullshit. could have nothing to due with it. I just prefer not to critize 1 of the best if not the best mod in sythe.... my opinion and mine only.

No offense taken, and I do understand that I've allowed my attitude to return. I recently noticed how bad it had become, and I'm trying to improve on it. I know that I'm quite hot-headed at times, and I plan on showing more professionalism in the future. My apologies to those who I've offended, pissed off, possibly talked down on, and whatever else I may have done. For you specifically, I have a pretty good idea who you are by this comment, and trust me, I don't hold it against you. I do know that I've allowed my attitude to stray from a professional one.

 

Both Govind and Giverny are doing a lot of excellent administrator work, both behind the scenes and as leaders. I don't think I've seen such activity with the admins in my time as staff, even considering there being only two.

 

we had a disagreement and exchange of words. we were able to overcome that and take a step back n restart. I havent known u long but i consider that trying.
your a great mod with a keen since for trash on our site. I feel great about most of our staff.

JohnK professionalism in the future wouldnt hurt ya,take it anyway u want. Being a mod should mean ur suppossed to be held to a higher standard. Dont lower urself to get ur internet rox off, it only shows immaturity and lack of respect to what u refer to as "newfags". I believe its said Show respect and youl be given it back here on sythe... I could be wrong...

Cosrob has answered the majority of all my spam reports within in the last week, +1 to him .

 

Cosrob does an excellent job at all the spam reports.

 

Market staff please pay more attention to threads in the "other games" market.

are common in the section. The OP is blatantly stating he is selling cracked accounts, and cracking more.

This is not the first time I have seen a thread like this, and I have brought attention to it before. Thanks to anyone who checks it out.
