Limited PayPal Donation Rollout

Did you go through everybody to see who was eligible for paypal?

 

I didn't read through the whole thread, so excuse me if I ask a question someone else already asked.

Can we give someone else our PayPal money, then they donate it for us?

That way, we can't charge back the payment.

 

You chargeback from the person you gave the money then, so what's the point for that person to provide such services and to take such risk?

Guarantee someone ends up offering the service to make a little extra profit. Say you give them $27 and they buy you $25 donator.

We're allowed to use a credit card/debit card if eligible to use PayPal as a way of making a donation? I know it gives you the ability, but I wasn't sure if it was frowned upon or not. I didn't look through the thread for questions about this, so do forgive me if it's been asked.
