Looking for 5 or 6 digit account

I am looking for a 5 or 6 digit steam account without a steam page setup, no games purchase, no hours and the email to be unverified so it cannot be retrieved. I'd prefer this so the account will be pratically impossible to retrieve and safer for me. The reason I want this is because the last account I bought was retrieved without my consent.
