    How do you get a phat in rsc... is it same as runescape 2... its discontinued?

    Its discontinued, from my understanding players were given a week to choose what items they want to transfer to RS2 during the transition of RSC to RS2, players that decided or forgot to transfer their partyhats had their partyhats left behind in RSC.

    Everything were transfered to RS2, but those who decided to transfer their items back to RSC have their hats there.

    There are 2 people I've seen on RSC with P-Hats and trust me, they are very damn rare in RSC.

    I know someone with a party hat on rsc they sold one for 300m about 2 months ago. I also own a Santa Hat if anyone is interested.
